Check-in

What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3pm.

Can I check in early? Is there a fee?

Early check in MAY be available. You MUST contact the office the day before your arrival to inquire about early check-in. There is a fee for early check-in.

What is the procedure if I arrive after office hours?

If checking in after hours 8pm-8am, please call the front desk at 9207430274. We will place your check in packet on the front door access cabinet. Wristbands must be picked up during open hours.

Can I leave my trailer on-site the night before/after my reservation?

No. You may inquire about extending your stay before the date of arrival.

How many people are allowed to stay on my site?

Only a max of 8 overnight guests per site are permitted. Sites come with 5 wristbands. You can purchase up to 3 more at a cost of $20 per wristband. If you have more than that in your party you will need to reserve an additional site to fit your party’s needs.

How many vehicles are allowed on my site?

Each site is allowed 2 vehicles except for our tent only sites, they are only allowed one car per site.

Any additional vehicles may be parked in our Overflow Lot which is the gravel lot located at the very front of our park.

All vehicles parked in the campground need to have car passes or they are subject to ticketing/towing. Please stop in the office for additional car passes when necessary.

May I pull through a site to get to my site?

All of our sites are BACK IN sites excluding our designated “Pull Thru” sites. All campers must be backed in so that the tongue is facing the road. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Do not drive through another site to get into yours, it will cause damage to the park and you could face a fine for doing so.

Can I put an additional tent on my site with my camper?

All of our sites are allowed up to one camper AND one tent, or two tents excluding our tent only sites. Tent Village and Rustic Sites are allowed ONE tent per site. Park Models are NO longer allowed a tent on the site.

Do I need a sticker on my car while at Harbour Village?

EVERY vehicle needs a car pass to be parked anywhere on Harbour Village Resort’s property, including the Overflow Parking Lot.

Car passes must be visible from the road.

NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON THE ROADS; VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED.

What are housekeeping hours?

Central Bathhouse: 7:30am – 8:30am
Activity Pool: 8:30am – 9:30am
North Bathhouse: 9:30am – 10:30am

Can I purchase day passes to the Waterpark if I am not camping with you?

Day passes are sold Sunday-Thursday for $20 per person, per day.

Seasonal & Condo Sites

Do you have any open seasonal sites?

We have a waiting list for our seasonal sites, and our seasonal customers are not permitted to sell their sites personally. If you contact the office the staff will happily add you to the waiting list.

Do you have any “permanent” sites available?”

Our seasonal sites are not permanent sites and we have a waiting list for them. However, we have Condo Sites that are privately owned and may be for sale. The owners are not required to tell us that they are selling their site but the ones that we are aware of can be found on the Properties for Sale page. Probably, the best way to find out what is for sale is to take a drive through the park and look for “For Sale” signs.

What are the Seasonal and/or Condo lot rates?

Seasonal rates are subject to change every year, as are the condo rates.

Park Models

What time can we check into our Park Model?

Park Models have a strict 3pm check in for cleaning purposes.

What do we have to bring when staying in a Park Model?

Park Models do not have any linens or cookware of any kind. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillows, towels, plates/bowls, cups, silverware and pots/pans.

How many people can we have in a Park Model?

All of our Park Models will sleep 8 people comfortably which is the maximum number of campers allowed per site.

Do you require a deposit for your Park Models?

No deposit is required, however the entire reservation must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.

Reservations

When do you start taking reservations for the following season?

We begin taking reservations on December 1st for the following season.

What do you require down at time of reservation?

We require that all reservations are paid in full at the time of reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once a reservation is made, there will be NO REFUNDS for any reasons. If the date booked no longer works for you, you may select another available date in the same camping season to move your reservation to. Any difference in reservation cost must be paid in full at the time the reservation is changed, but no refunds will be given for changing to a lower cost reservation date. A $15.00 Reservation Change Fee is assessed to any change transaction.

The weekend I want to come camp is showing no openings on the website, what do I do?”

If the website is showing there are no openings, there are absolutely no openings.

Do you rent golf carts?

We do rent golf carts. The nightly cost is $80. They can be reserved at check-in at 3pm on the date of your arrival and returned by 11am on the return date.

Do you have any full hook-up sites?

All of our sites, except for our Rustic Tent Sites, have water and electric hook-ups. We do not have any sites that have sewer hook-ups. There are three dump stations that you may use to empty your tanks.

When do rental bikes need to be returned?

Each guest can rent a pedal bike for a max of 1 hour at a time before they must be returned for other guests to use. Please do not take them to your site, or to a place like the pool and park them while you are swimming. Other guests are always waiting to use them.

May I stay and use the park after I have checked out of my site?

We do not allow guests to stay and use our facility after 11am on check out day.

Water Park

What are the pool hours?

Pool hours can be found on our website at the bottom of every page.

How tall do you have to be to ride the water slides?

You must be 48″ tall, excluding shoes, in order to ride our large water slides.

Am I allowed to bring a large umbrella or canopy into the pool for shade?

We do not allow large umbrellas or canopies inside the gated area of the pool.

Am I allowed to come swim if I am not camping at Harbour Village?

You may purchase a day pass at $20 per person, per day to come and use the water features and other amenities at Harbour Village.

Camping

Can I bring my dog?

Yes but DO NOT leave your dogs unattended at your campsite, either outside or inside. The park rules clearly state: Aggressive behavior and/or excessive barking will not be tolerated. Be considerate of fellow campers and your dog as well. Dogs MUST be on a leash at all times except in the designated dog park area. Please pick up after your dog. Dog waste stations are located throughout the park.

When is quiet time?

Quiet time is 11pm. No loud music or loud conversations with be tolerated after 11pm. Please turn off your “BRIGHT” outside lights at this time. Using a timer makes it very easy. Be considerate of fellow campers who cannot sleep with “BRIGHT” lights shining into their camper.

Utilities

Are water, electricity and sewer available at the sites?

Electricity and water are available at all sites, except for the rustic tent sites. There are bath houses and rest rooms in the park. None of the sites have sewer at the site but there are dump stations and an option to have your camper pumped out.

How can I ask to have my propane refilled?

Stop at the Camp Store. They will help you.

When are garbage collection times?

Garbage pickup is available on Sunday’s and Monday’s. Garbage should be placed by your Site Post before 8:45am if you’d like it picked up. On all other days, please use the Dumpsters located by the Dump Station. Please Pick Up After Your Pets!

When are pump outs available?

Pump outs are provided weekly Monday-Thursday for $35 per pump out and need to be scheduled the day before. Last minute sign ups and emergency requests on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays are $75.

Where can I dispose of fire pit ashes?

There is a designated area (with a sign) near our north gated storage for fire pit ashes. Be careful that you do not throw ashes anywhere else because there may be hot coals that could start a fire. Please be careful.
