Key rules at a glance

No tents, umbrellas or pop-ups at the pools
Gazebos, tents, pop-ups and umbrellas aren't allowed inside the pool gates. Use the umbrellas at the tables.
No smoking or vaping at the pools
Not anywhere inside the pool fences.
Water slides: 48″ minimum
Riders must be 48″ tall. Children under 12 must be with an adult in the Activity Pool and Water Park.
No lifeguards at the Oasis
Parents are responsible for their children at the Oasis Swimming Pond.
Catch and release
Every fish caught in the Fishing Pond goes back in.
Jump Pillow: no flips, no shoes
No flips, somersaults or gymnastics, and shoes come off before you jump.
Supervise your children
Parents are responsible for their children at every amenity, and supervision is required at the Jump Pillow.
No golf carts on the Nature Trails
No motorized vehicles on the trail without explicit permission from the GM.
ID required for rentals
The clerk holds a valid driver's license for the length of any equipment rental.

General park rules apply everywhere on the property — see Park Rules and Regulations.

Wristbands are required for all guests aged 3 and up.
Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times.
All guests must follow any instructions given by HV Staff.
No shoes.
No physical contact.
No somersaults.
No pushing or shoving.
No gymnastics.
No flips.
No running.
No inverted maneuvers of any kind.
Empty pockets – Remove cell phones and keys.
No smoking.
No sharp objects.
Do not enter jumping area until pillow is fully inflated.
Do not walk on pillow when deflated.
Parental supervision required.
If you violate the rules, you WILL be asked to leave the area and you may have your wristband confiscated.

No motorized vehicles including Golf Carts are allowed on the Nature Trail without explicit permission from the GM.
We expect our guests to respect the trail and leave it exactly as is.

There is no lifeguard on duty at the Oasis. Parents are responsible for their children.
Wristbands are required to be within the oasis area on all guests aged 3 and up.
Oasis may be closed due to inclement weather.
All guests must vacate if instructed to do so by HV staff.

Wristbands are required for all guests aged 3 and up.
Must allow clerk to hold onto a valid driver’s license for the duration of rental for all rental equipment.
Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times.
All guests must follow all instruction given by HV Staff.
Guests are responsible for any broken or damaged equipment/games.

Wristbands are required to be within the pool area on all guests aged 3 and up.
Height Requirement for Water Slides: 48″.
All children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times.
Pool may be closed due to inclement weather.
All guests must vacate if instructed to do so by lifeguards, or other HV staff.
Must shower before entering the pool.
All patrons must have proper swimwear.
Do not enter the pool with an open wound.
Absolutely no glass in the pool area.
No smoking or vaping inside the fence.
No running on the pool deck.
No diving.
No pets allowed in pool area.
We will no longer be allowing large flotation devices in our Activity Pool due to safety hazards. Our lifeguards are not able to see into the pool as well as they need to with the large flotation devices in it. We will allow small rings as long as the lifeguards are able to see through them, they will use their discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Personal life jackets, or arm band flotation devices are acceptable.
We are also no longer allowing gazebos, tents, pop-ups or umbrellas inside the pool gates.
We will have umbrellas at the tables that guests are allowed to use.
Golf carts are no longer allowed to park on the grass and doing so may result in a fine. We have added a Golf Cart Parking lot up by the Activity Pool.
